Pre-sale

  • Pre-sales service, telephone service and/or at our head office.
  • Demo room, with the possibility of carrying out tests, demonstrations and other procedures needed to boost sales.
  • Commercial pre-sales actions with the end customer, at the partner’s request.
  • Technical pre-sales actions at the end customer or at partner delegations, on request.
  • Carrying out low-cost pilot projects.
  • Coordination of the necessary actions with the Manufacturer, if applicable (presentations, references for possible visits…).
  • Preparation of technical and/or commercial documentation to support sales.
  • Help with technical configurations and preparing commercial offers.
  • Analysis of the end customer’s infrastructure during the consultancy phase, at low cost.
  • Assisting in the bureaucratic procedures of the commercial process with manufacturers (registering opportunities, meetings with the direct sales force, etc.).

Monitoring and Alarming

  • With extensive experience in monitoring and controlling distributed networks, DSSI offers solutions for monitoring network equipment, servers and services, acting at the first level of detected errors, minimizing downtime.

    With the ability to monitor everything from humidity, temperature, network assets (routers, firewalls, bridges, switches), bandwidth occupancy, data flow, servers, processes and company services, DSSI is able to monitor both the infrastructure and the business.
